If and when this "message" bill fails, please send the bill to John Swallow and the rest of the "message" folks. I for one can ot afford to pay for it!
I couldn't agree more with Furry and Stevo. Why we can't find $ for education etc. and then go off on these complete waste of time and money message bills is beyond me.
