The real game changer would be to abolish the DCFS as a criminal organization defrauding support parents and their children of much needed financial help.
This financial confiscation powers robbing from children is more criminal than so called dead beat parents. Confiscation of money is why children under their care are in trouble. Money gives the DCFS incentive to keep quiet and shut up when they encounter children in trouble in many homes they throw them in. If the state of Utah would make it illegal for DCFS to confiscate any funds from child then that would be a game changer. Incentive to commit a crime and turn their backs and heads on child welfare is what the DCFS is all about.
The DCFS should not be allowed to be involved in any manner about laws and care of children, its a gross financial million dollar conflict of interest to allow them access to child care process laws and funding.
