Wasn't all the Colleges and Universities, except BYU, declared public education facilities so taxes can fund them? So wouldn't this make that $400 million dollars donation property of the state and it should be handed over to the state tax department?

Why do we allow specail interest fraud in one school but not the others? How many tax dollars were donated illegally to this fund raiser? Is this how Utah is abusing tax dollars to illegally fund private foreign investor owned corporation schools?

Utah gets funds from the Feds and Medicaid and Medicare as public property so wouldn't the same rule of law apply to funds acquired by the schools outside the taxation system? $400 million would cover a lot of shortages in all of the schools in Utah and the laws are all about sharing the tax wealth and donations. Why should one school be allowed to profiteer and keep $400 million donations and a high school volunteer coach cannot?
