There is a special place reserved for MacNeill in this world and the next.
How many poor people have you ever heard having the opportunity of having a 5th day of a preliminary hearing for being accused of murder. This is something one might see on television with Perry Mason, but in real life, who could afford a high priced attorney who could come up with a defense that would enable having a drawn out preliminary hearing to decide whether or not to go to trial. How many other defendants end up with a quick to go to murder trial. Our system seems to favor the rich, even in crime, guilty or not.
When you read things like this it makes you wonder what people are thinking. I mean that guy or that lady walking or driving down the street that you think is just a normal person really is off the wall. Go figure.
