I wish Mickey or Minnie would make an appearance in that hospital room.
My heart breaks for your family. you are in our thoughts and prayers. I hope that the joy you have in your memories of Mia will soon diminish the grief you feel and close, as much as possible, the hole that will be left.
I can't imagine what that family is feeling. It brings tears to my eyes when I read stories or hear of situations where children are suffering. My dream since I was a little girl was to be a Mother and have 8 to 10 children. Unfortunately and sadly that didn't occur. That precious little girl will be with Heavenly Father and what a blessing she won't have to grow up with all the negative out in our world. I pray for peace for her family, that they do know she will be safe and loved in Heaven.
Think of you today, the McDonald family. Grief and pain are your lot for a time and season. This girl has returned home. I hope you can feel that fact in your heart. Others have walked this road. If possible, find friendship with someone who has gone throught this type of trial. There is great healing in acceptance, hope and love. God bless you all.
As a father of two little girls, this story breaks my heart. This girl and her family are in my prayers.
I couldn't help but shed a tear when I saw this story last night on KSL TV. So much of what we enjoy we tend to take for granted. I wish the family peace and comfort.
This just made me cry.
