J-TX was referring to the people in Washington that are preventing our Border Patrol agents from doing their job. Our border leaks like a sieve, and Mexican drug dealers enter our country at their pleasure. Problem for our border agents is that Operation Fast and Furious helped arm these Mexican drug dealers .... to the teeth.
