Just closed our refi, hadn't done anything since 2004 and now dropped 2% on our rate and nearly $500 monthly off our costs. This will let us pay down our loan in much faster time and will let us bump our savings up. Forget spending the saved money, the economy is still not robust enough to get me to buy more stuff.
