Best way to accomplish that goal is to elect a president who isn't trying to disarm us.
Cooke is desperate for attention. Must be hard to be this years' sacrificial lamb for the Democratic candidate. I laughed out loud when he said that the first thing he'd do if elected would be to go back to the Pentagon to "learn about the process."
Ummmm..... And the reason he's running for Governor is...??
I think the best thing Peter Cooke could do for the future of Hill AFB is to persuade the Top of His Democratic Party's Ticket, Barack Hussein Obama, to back off of his proposed huge defense cuts which are causing all of the reductions at bases and defense companies.
