This article doesn't examine the availability of jobs after graduation. Two pharmacy schools graduating lots of students leading the way to job saturation in Utah's job market, hence, recently graduated students are strapped with mega loans and a poor job outlook. What the article does enlighten is the very fact that many women are infiltrating the profession which not only brings more drama into the work environment, but turns it into a part-time profession which fosters inconsistent patient care.
