I wish I would have learned to love to run as a child as most runners are trim and fit and fuel their bodies with healthy foods. I think the key though to 90% of the obesity problem is the crapy food we eat and feed our children with. If we all ate healthy and exercised moderately we wouldn't have an epidemic weight problem in the US. Processed foods and Genetically modified foods are ruining our bodies as well as sugar.
