It would be nice to speak to an english speaking person when calling into these
companies. I get someone from India that pretends to be 100% American, but,
cannot speak or understand english. Each time he tried to sell me one of the
plans he was reading off of the screen, I would say no. Then he said okay that
has now been added to the account. Then I would tell him no, I'm not
interested take it off. And he would start reading the next paragraph. After
45 minutes, I finally got him to take off the charges and stop reading from the
screen.If you want my business, do it in english for now on.
