You hit the nail on the head!! I asked myself the same question. Why do some women chose to associate with men of this caliber? Why do so many women complain of the abuse and assaults perpetrated by their boyfriends and then come back repeatedly for more of the same?
My wife wouldn't tolerate that kind of behavior for much more than one split second ..... and I wouldn't expect her to.
