The best schools are the ones free from government regulations.
How does this help??? All the schools should be meeting the educational needs of our next generation of leaders. Sigh...telling families that they need to move to different neighborhoods instead of fixing the problems in those areas...Sigh
(to Worf...don't know if that is exactly the right answer either cuz, at least here..the money would stay only in the rich areas and the rest would suffer greater hardships...so Sigh...)
