The Senator Obama campaign 4-years ago promised people Hope and Change. He also said he would not run again if he didn't do that in one term. He has not done much of anything himself in this term and has Joe Biden who he has to monitor more than President Bush the first had to do with Dan Quayle, who was not a bad person at all, he just could not spell potato. That was his only problem but not with VP Biden. He uses bad words and is tutored in everything to say, by teleprompter.
This President has reached Peter's Principle but has too much pride to say he has failed in anything. He puts the responsibility on everyone else in his administration and now with the Presidential campaign coming down to the last month, he is saying it is Governor Romney's fault for all the bad principles and practices of the last 225 years.
The President doesn't say that his Span of Control over his advisors and Czars is beyond his capability.
As a former military person, I never felt insecure except during President Carter's time when we lost airplanes in Iran.

"The University of Colorado has Romney winning 321 electoral votes. They have been doing this study since 1980. It's never been wrong. Not even in 2000. It's based on economic factors, state by state."
Economic factors would lead to that conclusion, however looking at economic factors alone doesn't capture the fact that people don't trust Romney or have high approval of the Republican party (remember, Congress's approval went into the dumpster after Republicans took the house). The RealClearPolitics map that is based on a poll of polls has Obama at 265 with 7 tossup states (leads for either candidate less than 5.0 points) left. Those are Virginia Florida North Carolina Nevada Iowa Colorado and New Hampshire. Romney has to win all 7 to win, and all 6 that aren't New Hampshire to tie. Or he can try and break down Obama's 5 point lead (avg of 7 recent polls) in Ohio.
You doubt the NYTimes but their election blog is now run by Nate Silver, touted for the accuracy of his election models, he got 49 of 50 states correct last year (only missed Indiana).
Romney is no Reagan.
Surprise, surprise, another DN article in favor of Romney (and trying to creatively use poll numbers to make it look like Romney is in the lead). The problem with Romney is his stated disreguard and railing disrespect for the poor (especially the working poor, many of whom pay a higher overall tax rate than *he* does), the Republicans archaic 1500s approach to women's health (and, worse, trying to frame it as a religious freedom issue - since when did religious freedom include denying your employees medication?), their hatred of health reform (all they talk about is repealing Obamacare, which, incidentally, is almost exactly what Mr. Romney ran on creating 4 years ago - they never mention what will replace it, or, if they do, their plans are always a big step in the wrong direction), and their hand-holding of the rich "job creators" (because creating jobs for the Chinese is still creating jobs, right?). I can't, in good conscience, support someone whose "Christian values" go against what was taught by King Benjamin and Jesus about caring for the poor and needy and "not grinding the faces of the poor". If that makes me a liberal, so be it.
I'm not sure if we should make a big deal about this? Republican candidates always do better with "white evangelicals" ... Come on DNEWS... is this really "news"?
This just goes to show how disingenuous any hypocritical "White Evangelical" are. Initially they said "We can't have a non-Christian" president and claimed that Obama was a Muslim, some of then came right out and said Romney belongs to a cult (which they all believe is true) and now that Rpmney is the nominee its OK to have a nob-Christian in the white house? This is why the White Evangelicals in America are increasingly becoming irrelevant.
mitt polls higher with muslims also. so much for trying to be best friends
