That extra muscle will help Hayward when he plays small forward, which he will do some of the time, and it will help him get to the rim, too, regardless of the position he plays. I'm still waiting to see if there are going to be any more changes in the roster...otherwise, next summer can't come soon enough for me, since I think Favors should be starting at center. No reason to jump ahead, though, since he may be starting there by mid-season, anyway.
Can the Jazz season stat already?? This football season is depressing ;)
Finally some basketball news is starting to squeek through. I've had the schedule pasted up on my refrigerator door since the day it came out. It can't get here fast enough for me. Congrats to Jeremy Evans! Glad he is still with the Jazz! This will be an interesting season with so many new additions plus the existing fellows. I just hope they will work well together and enjoy the journey with each other. This will be a BIG year for Coach Ty and his staff...I believe they will be successful with some challenging/learning times behind them already.
Go Jazzboys!!! Let's get going!
where is raja?
I'm excited for the up coming season, mostly to see how the young studs like Hayward & Favors do but also Kanter and Burks. How the newly acquired players (Williams, Williams and Foye)fit in and mesh will be interesting and should provide a good product on the court. It would be interesting if we could recieve some reports about how Favors,Kanter, Hayward and Burks performed at the Santa Barbara facility. Also has anyone heard how Favors and Hayward performed for the select team?
