SoonerUte,If that would've happened midday it might've reach
Stanford Bandian proportions:"No folks, you aren't watching
replay, they actually rushed the field three times," followed by Whit's
"We should be 4-1, because we won this game three times." That makes
Game Start Time: DA crazy finish that didn't make the highlight reels
because it was too late.By the time the rivalry game was over, ESPN was
previewing NFL games.
Utah's offense B-:No running game but no turnovers as well.Defense B+: Shut out BYU for 3 quarters, 24-7 lead with total of 171
yardsThen allowed 14 points and 141 yards in the 4thSpecial
Teams D: 4th and 12 at UTAH 20, Sean Sellwood (punter) rush for a loss of
6 yards to the Utah 14 with 5:11 left in the game. That was as good as a
turnover, it setup BYU's third TD.
Does anyone know how BYU can receive a C- for offense, a B+ for defense, a B+
for special teams and end up with a C- overall?Shouldn't the
overall grade be about a B- ?The report card for Utah actually made
sense: C+, A-, B+ for a B overall.Of course, I've been out of
school for quite a few years.
BYU offensive coordinator an FFFFFFF. Worst coordinator in college football.
BYU has two or maybe three quarterbacks on the roster that are far better than
Riley. Why is Riley playing?
NevadaCoug"IF" is not a word in athletics, we'll take
an F 24-21 that's what happened.
An 'F' for Utah's fans for storming the field twice before the
game was over. You could have cost your team the game. If not for BYU's
inept field goal game, this one would have been in overtime. And who knows what
would have happened then?
Since our run game is struggling, how about setting up the run game by throwing
some quick hitters for 6-7 yards on first down. Also, how about
some mis-direction running plays
Utes need to work on Punt blocking. Been a big issue the last 2 games.
Overall grade for Utah: AOverall grade for BYU: B-(would have
been C if not for that free TDwhen the refs did not call the pass
