And the Tea-Party wants to do away with the EPA.

Pathetic

I don't think the TEA party wants to do away with the EPA, its people who say they are TEA party advocates but are really implanted ringers by Obama and CIA, NSA, and DOJ to create dissension among the peoples rights advocates to put people back in power of controlling government.

If anything, the TEA party wants more oversight on government operations and deadly environmental impacts they are covering up.

I can't imagine that this kind of contamination is limited to such a small localized area. Real underground contamination in our aquifers can spread thousand of miles and as soon as they start digging the pit will grow to expand into the whole valley with varying degrees of contamination as it works its way down stream from the source. Replacing the soil is a band aid that will give the state and EPA a 'new' modified baseline standard.

I wonder if the EPA has plans on how to limit and monitor and control contamination by oil company fracturing of rock and tar pits throughout the state with crude oil in the aquifers feeding SL valley and state? Its coming and it will make this VA dump meaningless.
