That is a federal offense, and there is no early parole in the federal prison system. Stealing from Uncle Sam and getting caught is a problem because federal judges just don't seem to have any sense of humor when it comes to criminal behavior.
These people are just good Democrats they think they are entitled to the stuff they like ... whether they own it or not doesn't matter.
