LOL!

So many classic byu homer points in this one.

Also, Vanderbit could go undefeated if they didnt play Alabama, Florida, LSU, Auburn, and the others in the SEC.

I can't wait until week 3 when we personally end your "question for perfection 2012"

and

essentailly end your entire season

Chance they win at Boise: slim

Chance they win at Utah: none

Chance they win at Notre Dame: none

Chance they win at Georgia tech: slim

Now let's analyze this. Chance byu beats boise and Utah: none mulitplied by slim. My math knowledge teaches me that 0 multiplied by a very small percentage equals zero.

0% multiplied by 1% multiplied by 1% multiplied by 1% equals....

Zero percent!

In other news,

byu would get a BCS conference invite(and yes, even after the "BCS" goes away it really doesn't go away because significant bowls like the Rose Bowl will still be between significnat(i.e. BCS conferences)) if byu eliminated the honor code, got with the rest of the country and put winning football games above having great devotionals, if they became a research institution, and if they dropped all religions affiliation with the LDS church.

Obama could win without with liberal vote if he got all the independent and conservative votes

Apple could excel with 0 future sales of ipods, ipads, or iphones, if they came up with 3 products that were even better than those 3.

Excellent article with interesting speculation. I think Yahoo Sports could be on to something in their assessment that the Cougars of BYU could go undefeated if they can handle their four challenging games on the road. Time will tell. They certainly have a challenging season ahead of.

In other news,

Utah hasn't had a road win over a PAC opponent with a winning record since the 90's and the Utes didn't beat a single PAC opponent with a winning record (home or away) in 2011.

Instead of feeding his BYU obsession, our little friend from the hill should spend more time trying to figure out how his Utes are going to climb out of the PAC cellar - 4-5 with an 8th place finish in 2011 didn't impress anybody not living on the hill.

The only thing that scares me about Utah is Star. I'm not sure how we stop him. After watching Boise, their offense doesn't worry me. Michigan State turned the ball over 4 times and Boise State couldn't punch it in. With our defense this year, I think we can stop Georgia Tech's offense. Virginia Tech provided the scheme to do it and we have the athletes. I didn't see any of Notre Dame's game and I don't know how good or bad Navy is, so I will reserved judgment on the Notre Dame game..

Utah could go undefeated too, if the Utes didn't have to play USC, BYU, Oregon, and Colorado.

That said, BYU has by far the toughest four road opponents - Utah, by comparison, plays a bunch of patsies, Utah's toughest four opponents barely had a combined break-even record in 2011.

You had to go and ruin it, Caprice. CB had the comment board all to himself until you interrupted him. Ignore her, Chris . . go right on monloguing.

"Utah could go undefeated too, if the Utes didn't have to play USC, BYU, Oregon, and Colorado."

hahaha byu? you have got to be joking. i really hope you're joking. 54-10 removes you from that list for a VERY long time.

sportsfanforlife,

I really hope your team thinks the same way that you do, that since the score last year was 54-10 this is an automatic win for BYU. Either that, or I really hope you're joking. Only you, Chris B, and a handful of other haters think BYU has no chance of winning.

Yes, I just put you in the same category as Chris B on a sports article. Ouch!

"Utah, by comparison, plays a bunch of patsies". I believe this is referring to Utah's road schedule?

So are you telling me that if byU was playing ASU, UCLA and Washington on the road this year they would be considered "patsies"?

Not hardly. This is just little brother to the south down playing the PAC when they really want in. Nice try.

Chris B said she would not comment on another BYU article this season if BYU beat Washington, and I marked it down just like she told me to. I took her wager, but the obsession continues . . .

@utahcountyute,

If I were just looking at winning opportunities and not strength of schedule, I would rather play ASU, UCLA and Washington on the road versus Boise State, Georgia Tech and Notre Dame.

LOL! Poor midindemajor is feeling a little sour today.

BYU should not overlook Oregon State at home.

And they play San Jose St, on the road. They played tough against Stanford.
By the way. Did you know BYU is 6-9 all time against San Jose St!

@riverton cougar

for the 7 billionth time im not a ute or byu fan but you y fans are the most delusional fan base in the world. and please explain how you came up with that very dumb conclusion.

"I really hope your team thinks the same way that you do, that since the score last year was 54-10 this is an automatic win for BYU."

hahahahaha only a y fan would be able to come up with somethin like that. apparently you're a lot closer to chris b than i ever will be.

"So are you telling me that if byU was playing ASU, UCLA and Washington on the road this year they would be considered "patsies"?"

its already been proven that when utah plays someone who is "average" they are weak, but when byu plays that EXACT same team they become a very good team... (i.e washington state, oregon state, and georgia tech)

so please pay no mind to them as they are by far the most delusional fan base in all of america. i live in georgia and i can tell you not ONE person down here EVER mentions byu in the same sentence as "elite" like they like to think, but utah gets a lot of notice down here especially after that bowl win last year.

Hey sportsfanforlife. I was led to this website by a BYU fan down here. Wanted to se for myself if there are other just like him. It's true! They are delusional. Nobody down here talks about BYU either other than the person I know. Well other than when we played them. We are more familiar with Utah down this way especially after their win against Alabama.

Our two national titles trump BYUs fraud of 84'

Anyone surprised that Chris B. has the first three comments on another BYU article? Way to "leave BYU behind" little sister.
