Does anyone believe standardized testing improves learning? Are our children
better educated now then thirty years ago?Just asking.
One problem with "trigger laws" is that the parents don't own the
school, it belongs to the community. All tax payers should have a voice in
their community school. That's what a community is supposed to do. This
is just another knee-jerk gimmick. I think that Americans have forgotten what
it means to have a civilized society.
