    then why did the district attorney attempt to side step enforcement? the case going forward is not a prosecution by the state it is a challenge to the law by bigamist. keep amendment 3 in mind as this case goes forward, the state has shoot itself in the foot.

    Utahns believe that all our laws should be observed. Probably why we disagree with both plural marriages and illegal aliens.

    Hmm, isnt this what Obama is blasted for with immigration enforcement?
