Way to go PG. This new coaching staff is great. The JV team shut out Provo and the Sophs shut them out 44-0.

PG it was Provo.

Not Timpview or Alta or Bigham or Jordan or East or Herriman or Bountiful etc.

Good to win but don't get too excited to beat a basketball school.

PG 41 Provo 7

Offense: A, 2 games in a row of solid performance. PG is putting up numbers like the 2009 season. Babb held on to the ball and ran hard, as did Romney. Dawe anchored the line well and even had a fumble recovery touchdown and at least one KO.

Defense: A, hard top argue holding any team to 7 points. I would like to see them be a lot more physical.

Special Teams: A, again solid performance by all involved

Coaching A, Hamilton and company seem to be getting it done. 2 games in a row putting some big points on the board. it still seems like the team is starting slow the first quarter or two.

Overall: The Vikings still have something to prove against the tougher teams, but for now they lead region 4 in most points scored and fewest allowed. Hard to argue with that.
