I think Susan's family has the right to see the records. I also think WVC botched the investigation. At the least there was enough evidence of Josh Powell impeding or not cooperating with police to the point that it could've affected Josh's custody of the kids. If the Cox family could've gained custody earlier, before Josh had been under stress for two years, the boys may still be alive.
