Just want to clarify something in your report. It said that a couple of inches of rain in some basements. Actually the fact is many homes had several feet of water in their basements and that was after they had been pumping it out. I know this as I live in Enoch and am involved with some of the homes flooded. Just wanted that clarified. The damage to these homes is horrendous. Not just a couple of inches, which is bad enough, but take and add 3-4 feet of water onto that and it is a hot mess.
