Pleaseeee..... Enough checks and balances? Given the state of the egregious pollution in Utah - I think it is high time to wipe the slate and start over with all new people who really do care about the environment not corporate profit.

Wanna bet they wait a while and the sneak the appointment through in a back room somewhere?
The enviro extremists oppose the appointment because they fear having anyone on the board who actually has a detailed understanding of the issues, instead of someone more easily swayed by uninformed outrage.
