What?
Not exactly sure what he was going for here. Are you wanting to end our current wars? Are you saying the current wars are unjust? It sounds like the author was tired and typed this out late one night before reviewing it and completing his thoughts.
Or maybe that was the intent and he's trying to show the "fog of war".
Or that the only purpose of war is to prove ones bravery and mettle.
Also, I'm not sure about bringing Jesus Christ into this and what happened in the last moments of His mortal life. How does that relate?
Maybe the real question should be, Why did the Editor allow this article to be published without asking a few questions first?
