We don't need behavior like this in this party or any other! If convicted he should not only lose his freedoms but permanently lose his voting rights along with anybody else that does this!

Let me get this straight...he groped a gal who was packing heat? Holy cow - talk about thinking with your loins, because he sure wasn't thinking with any brain matter at the time. He's lucky he didn't get groped by a bullet in return. I hope they throw the book at him.

With the many offenses on record, do we know that rape and sex abuse were the worst things Peterson engaged in?

I'm both surprised and very disappointed in Scott. I know the previous three Wasatch County Attorneys and I don't believe he would have skated past them. I'm glad he's finally been charged, but this seems like playing catch up.

Amazing! This charge should have been filed over a year ago! Scott Sweat Wasatch County Attorney, would not file the charge originally, now however because of concerned citizens who got involved and demanded it, he files the charge. How many of the latter cases could have been avoided had the County Attorney done his job and filed after the first case? The Sheriff's office was floored that he wouldn't file, and took their case to Salt Lake after word came out that Peterson had offended again. I wish it was an election year!
