This news articles makes this UDOT project (which begins at 700 South not 700 North in Clearfield) like a fresh and upcoming project. However for us Clearfield residents who have had to negotiate and contend with the on-going utility work and infrastructure relocation for since past Spring, this is pretty much old news. I would have hoped that the Deseret News would have been able to provide us residents as well as its readership with an up to date report on what's happening now, not months ago. Reading this article is like reading something from the Pony Express.
