It's all about money and power isn't it?

What about just representing PEOPLE?

A fund raiser at Grand America??? Yeah, the working families in her district can afford that. Get your NASCAR suit on Mia. We want to know what corporations you're gonna represent.

This "darling" of the conservatives seems to have quite a sense of entitlement.

I find it very sad that it costs 2,500 for a picture with the speaker. Our political system has become tawdry and special interest driven,,,,,,we need to go back to when the political leaders addressed the people free at the Salt Lake Tabernacle and the steps even of the church administration office....if I am not mistaken Eisenhower, Kennedy and Johnson all did this....how can we expect the politicians to get a pulse of the people if they only associate with the wealthy?

The President of the United States HAS visited many cities and spoken to people.
But, salty dog, why on earth would he come to Utah - and get booed, protested, and called names?

You forget that Kennedy was campaigning for re-election when he came to SLC in 1963.

But let's invite President Obama to Utah, where he can speak to everyone at one of our large arenas - and not just speak to members of one religion.
