Good for you! I'm doing the same, getting back into shape. Lost 25 pounds
this year. Exercise and cut down on food consumption. No fast food. No pop. No
white bread. more veggies, chicken and pork.

I think I feel better now. I put on forty pounds over the course of
two years and absolutely hated myself for it. Eighty pounds in less than a year
really takes the cake though. (Sorry, its just a figure of speech.) I've managed to take it all off since April. I've decided I'm
just not going to let myself get so busy that I don't exercise. I run
twenty miles a week and I'm getting back to that stage where I don't
feel right if I miss more than one day a week of running.I'm
glad I'm not the only one who had to do a dramatic about-face. Congrats!
