Hellooo
Salt Lake City, UT

Chicken Little is out clucking again- the sky is falling, the sky is falling! The ozone not-compliance as the groups filing the suit well know is a product of the unique high mountain valley's (lower amounts of oxygen, and other gases compared to sea level) surrounded by high mountains and the inversions that frequent the area. It is difficult to have any activity human caused or otherwise without violating the EPA standards, which were established without consideration of these local anomalies. Really in this case the EPA's ruling was correct, but Chicken Little has to have their day in court. Would that the Physician's in this group would clean up their own house as hospitals routinely are in the top 4 or 5 (depending the year) causing morbidity (infection) and mortality (death) in the country. .
