Comments about ‘Rescuer describes boating accident victim's dying moments 3 ordered to stand trial in death of Pineview swimmer’

I admire Shepherd for stepping forward and saying "A man's got to make things right."

I believe that these three young man are just plain yellow and cowards, to leave an injuried lady in the water to die. I don't admire any of them, when they should of done the honorable thing they ran and it wasn'ty till later that one got honest about what has happen, but lacks the honest to plead guilt to the crimes they all comitted. A life was lost, but nobody will have to stand tial for the acutal death. I hope and pray that Utah will pass a law that if and when an accident like this happens again that at lest they will be able to be charged with manslaughter charge. I hope and pray that they get the harshes sentence possiable for the 3 charges that they are charge with and no plea bargin in this case sednd a clear message to people.
