No crime in the world is as heinous as what was done to this child!

If this man is guilty, as the courts will no doubt establish, he deserves every bit of punishment the courts and the penal system can impose!

Even God said: "But whoso shall offend one of these little ones ... it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea (Matthew 18:6).

The system is broken. As it stands, from my research a guily party can have up to TEN appeals. This needs to change to a maximum of ONE, and perhaps TWO in death penalty cases. Every day this animal will live - eating, sleeping, and allowed to just sit around at our expense. What about Sierra? Where are her rights? Why are we giving criminals so many rights?

I personally think that the number of appeals should be limited to (3). Three chances to prove their innocence. If the verdict is still the same, three strikes and "You're out"! Just like in the game of baseball. Also,in capital crimes(especially)those involving children, there should be NO plea bargaining.Period.
