    This should be a required class for registered dietitians and health educators! I wish I would have had access to this class! I've needed to learn about Filipino food, Pacific Islander food, Bangladeshi food, Korean Food, Japanese food, and (real) Chinese food in my last few jobs. Eye opening!!
