This should be a required class for registered dietitians and health educators!
I wish I would have had access to this class! I've needed to learn about
Filipino food, Pacific Islander food, Bangladeshi food, Korean Food, Japanese
food, and (real) Chinese food in my last few jobs. Eye opening!!
I want to take this class! Great idea, seemingly well executed!!! I'm gonna
cook some collards with bacon and onions today!
