Isn't a vehicle considered a weapon when it is used to as a battering ram
to force their way into road traffic or other vehicles? That is the real
instigator of the incident, a driver trying to kill some to get out of their
way. Merging traffic does not have the right of way, maybe its time the driver
from Jordan learn the law about endangering his child and family in attempted
automobile homicide. The truck driver who pulled the gun had every
right to do so, the man from Jordan was pursuing him into a parking lot with
intent to do more harm. I think the police report is biased and wrong becasue a
man was protecting himself from a dangerous criminal pursuing him. Making
threats to defend himself is the right thing to do to ward of attackers, if non
compliant then shooting is authorized. And I don't think the truck driver
treated the child or the wife, that is a compound lie.
Just another patriotic American exercising his Second Amendment rights. The NRA
will be proud of him. He didn't back down when he felt threatened.
