Another totally bogus report. Any child living in poverty levels in this country get free healthcare. All the parents have to do is sign-up.
Why so many obese children in our poverty struck country? This is more propaganda to increase taxes and government programs.
In 1964, President Johnson declared war on poverty. Over ten trillion dollars later, poverty has increased, and we're losing the battle.
Was our tax money mismanaged?
