Great nobody has access to the black box...unless the government ask for it. Bad day for his article. Soon they will have gps units that directly transmit data to the government. Then they can start taxing you on the mileage you drive. California is already thinking about it. If this passes it should pass the the box can only record data, not transmit it.

I want the America back that sings freedom not a government invasion of our privacy and mandates, I mean free access to tax us on anything.

Nothing new here.Some cars can tell mechanic how fast it went before slamming the brakes at the missed curves.

Our politicians need black boxes also, so we the people can track job performance. Hmmm! We could track the flow of our sixteen trillion dollar debt and make it more visible to the public. We could track their behavior while on the job.
