I think that a book written by Jennifer Graves would be an excellent idea. I also think that her motivation would not be for the money, but to tell the whole story. I am sorry for what she and the Cox's and others had to go through and I would hope that this book would bring peace and also contribute to causes in Susan's and the boys behalf.
Steven Powell will never be free.
The best way for perpetrators and victims, including families, is to tell the truth and accept the consequences. Imagine the world we would have if the judicial system advocated this! There is a reason the the truth sets people free.
