Wimmer has always been confused. And confusing.
The evidence suggests Wimmer is a habitual liar. He lied two days ago ("I'm the new political director of the Nevada Republican party" when he hadn't even been interviewed for the job). Apparently not learning his lesson, he lied again yesterday ("I'm having breakfast with the executive director of the Nevada Republican party" when the person in question wasn't even in that position).
Habitual liars continue to try to lie their way out of it when they get caught in a lie, just like Wimmer is doing here. I can't believe people in Herriman bought into this guy for so long.
