The new methodology of keeping the american people off the job market and muddle the unemployment numbers.

The only problem is that these dual degree students are non citizens and non americans who get all the costs and funding paid by Utah taxpayers. Hundreds of thousand of dollars in foreign aid for non amerians is a little hared to swallow and justify as an entitlement for foreign students.

Government has found that tricking students into multiple degrees and larger loans are an economic windfall to lower unemployment numbers but disastrous to the future of this country and financial security of consumers in trick lending.

where do you get from this article that one dime of your tax money went to pay for the Chinese students? Also what part of the student profiled is now working in the US and paying US taxes did you not understand.
