I'm glad to hear the state is being proactive about this. After the loss/theft of so much of BYU's invaluable art collection it should be apparent that entities like the state and the LDS church need to get a full accounting of their art holdings and install a system to track, and protect, them.
Wait, I, uh, think I own it ;-)
Good for the state for catching up to times and protecting its valuable resources!
