Glad to see yet another local nutcase story made the National News.

How 0.09% of the entire Untied States population can have such a disproportionately high number of screwy stories is astounding to me.

Guess the opposing candidate will win in a landslide!

I'm sorry but a person who spent 15-years in prison on a child sex offense conviction should have the common sense to not even consider running for a school board position. He may have turned his life around but what happened to his victim as a result of his actions?

I sure hope the voters are wise enough to leave this guy on the outside peering in! Otherwise Utah and especially the Granite School District will be the laughing stock of the nation! Just think Hannity, Van Susteren, O'Reilly, Limbaugh and every newspaper and internet site will be trumpting Utah stupidity gleefully the day long day!

I don't think that is a sound decision to allow an offender to be involved in anyway with the school district...our children and grandchildren are there and mistakes can be made and their lives changed forever...bad decision.
