Don't see how and where the accused gets funds from matters, its an ever continuing process in Utah to beg and ask for assistance to fund many causes, and defending ones self from accusation is a cause most worthy of individuals rights. We give to and fund many foreign nationals in Utah, why is funding for the innocent become an objection?

Why is this judge even contemplating hate as justification to strip a man of his rights?

Maybe this can be a hallmark case to strip law enforcement of many of its contemptible actions towards any one they accuse of breaking the law. As for the charges brought out in court are after the fact and not at all evidence for the police to wage war on citizen defending themselves from oppression and contemptible police departments across this country. Accusation without evidence does not strip us of our rights and freedoms, and lethal resistance to oppressive government is a right. Individuals right take precedence over governmnet and police actions and declarations of war on property and self preservation. Police don't have rights but citizens do, that's why police must prove and justify with to arrest or attack.
