So far, the accused killer and his team are using all the delaying tactics they can, because they already know the evidence, and what the results will be when it is presented to a jury.

I am all for a fair trial, but this sort of nonsense is what rightly give defense attorneys (and criminals) very bad reputations.

Let's not postpone the inevitable. And for anyone watching, don't do the crime if you are not willing to do the time.
