Great article. You have probably mentioned this in past articles, and I might have missed it because I wasn't experiencing it at the time.
Great leaders give their people problems to solve and allow them the time and ownership, which includes accountability, to accomplish it. This allows them to grow through this process.
This has been a great thing for me.
