What a sad story. An officer's life is lost and the shooter's life is probably forfeit. Looks like Stewart needs to go Home and talk to Father about his terrible choices.

A little weed never hurt anyone some people say!

Yeah, right.

The war on drugs is a complete failure and has lead to creating criminals who are otherwise
just good normal people. The Idea that a swat team has to enter a place is sheer stupidity and inevitably leads to disaster. The offense is no worse then not having a seat belt on.
In the meantime the US military stands guard over the opium fields in Afghanistan so the major banks can make their profit laundering drug money.People who want to impose their will on others are what is wrong with this world. What ever happened to forgiveness and just normal decency toward your fellow man ?? Give me a badge and I'll show you who's boss.
No man should be held in violation of a stupid statute. The 10 commandments is all the law
we really need. That would eliminate these occurences. The use of Marijuana should be decriminalized as was alcohol. There would be no more such incidents as this.

@Irritabull, and how many lives have been ruined by alcohol?

I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer and had spent time working with the fedral drug task force and all I can say that I am glad these officers have been cleared. Until the laws are changed they need to be enforced and when people open fire on law enforcement officer and contiue to fire on them after they are trying to get their fellow injuried officers, I believe that it's just plain burtal murder and total disreguard for human life, while they are growing illegal drugs and there is no justifcation of his actions. I hope everything comes out at the trial. I am also glad to see that some of the reports will only come out at the trail.
