Comments about ‘Jurors will return Wednesday to deliberate fate of Steven Powell’

Jury deliberating whether Steven Powell took photos of neighbor girls I think we all know the answer to that one.

They say one picture is worth a thousand words. If that is true it will be hard for the jury to disregard the photos they saw in court.

Hopefully the judge will give him consecutive sentences.

Of course he didn't take the photos. They were taken by either OJ or Elvis.

The defendant took the pictures because he was "nosy" not because he wanted them to "gratify his sexual desires." I have to believe the defense attorney lost all credibility with that argument. Edit, my friend. Edit.

This trial would never have occurred had it not been for the personal vendetta the Cox family has against the Powells. I have not seen one shred of evidence mentioned in any of the press that this man had anything whatsoever to do with the disappearance of Susan Powell. I hope these people can live with themselves and what they have put these young girls thru. Those children may never have even needed to know about the pictures that were taken of them. I think these girls are going to suffer needlessly for years. Was this trial worth it? I don't think so ...

And this what to do with the disappearance of Susan Powell in Utah?

Poor argument Kami. Your position leaves Steven Powell to leave a wake of more victims. It is good to stop the predators. There actions not only hurt the girls, but Steven Powell, his family, his newborns and the community at large. And little things often lead to larger indiscretions and crimes. Best to stop it now.

I'll save my sympathy for the family that lost their daughter and their grandchildren.

And, yes, this trial was worth it if only to expose the deviant behavior of one Steven Powell. Hopefully, it will serve to save other young girls from a similar fate.

Karma...How many more young girls had to be violated before he was caught. At least something good came about after all the sorrow for the Cox family. A sexual predator has been revealed. How many other girls young or old have been saved. I will be disappointed in the courts if he is set free.

hew is not being tried for the disappearance of susan powell he is for voyeurism child porn charges etc pictures he took of his neighbors unknowing to them while they bathed and changed their clothes.

Looks like the jury in the Stephen Powell trial found the witch you reference. Actually they found the witch guilty on all 14 charges. The fact that it is on national news suggests that Utahns aren't the only ones interested.
