The problem with the Jazz...a bunch of awesome players just doing their jobs. And a total lack of kick-butt leadership from anyone of the players. That's why spurs and lakers, and heat win. They have leaders on the court leading and demanding performance. The last of the leadership left with DWill and Sloan.
Disappointing effort at home.
They simply gave up.
No fight left in them.
The starters gave up at the half. Tinsley and the others played hard in the third and part of the fourth and when Harris and Jefferson came in the team died. Very poor showing. Get rid of them.
In crunch time,little Al was giving up free layups again. Devin Harris scored in this game but again did very little to get his team mates involved. If O'Conner could find a new home for these two guys this off season, then we could get serious about developing our young talent and get back to playing Jazz basketball.
Wrong, wrong, wrong. Jazz are losing because - shocking, I know - they are a mediocre team with mediocre players and mediocre coaching.
Get out the brooms.....
I agree with B Russ, Morgan Duel and Capsaicin...there's no leadership...Al Jefferson is killing us...he really can't defend to save his life...this is the playoffs...and the team is playing as if its a pre-season game...i like how the second unit kept us in...clearly shows that the two young bigs' effort is greater than our so-called vets...
@brave sir robin
you may have a point...in the sense that we really dont have a go to guy...but that doesnt mean we cant win...i agree with you on coaching...i really think we need a better coaching staff...a better shooting coach...it seems that the shooting of the team...became horrible...instead of improving...Ty Corbin's offense is extremely predictable...that i already know the play...when the push it up court...and i find it laughable that the same offense is ran for most of the game...the other parts...are forced shots coming from Al Jefferson...
