If Mr. Powell doesn't take the stand he can't be cross examined. Innocent people want to take the stand and the guilty ones don't. Hopefully he will be sent away for decades.

They blew the case of Murder against Josh Powell,, He's gone because of officers ineptness, and so are his children. Now, someone has to pay for it,,They blew this case, and everyone knows it.Voyerism isnt the same as murder,, and thats what law enforcement let JOSH powell get away with,, Twice. First Susan,, and then the boys.

No, they didn't want to take Josh Powell to trial and have a jury find him not guilty because it couldn't be proved that Susan Powell was dead.

They do however have all the evidence needed to convict Steven Powell of what he has been charged with.
