Now we're talking. An IQ test isn't about choosing the best answer.
I like your 10 question debate.
Worf, I am sorta with you. BUt as one who did terrible on standardized test
(those dang pick the best answer ones), but who later has done better than most
those who excelled at these test, I have doubts about their translatability to
real world knowledge and decision making ability.I would love to see
real political debates. Not the short 30 second answers - most problems are
much more complex than a 30 second answer. But perhaps a written 10 question
debate, where the candidate could respond in what ever length they needed to
have a response that reflects what they feel they could actually achieve. And please don't misunderstand, I think Obama's add is just as
pointless as when it is done on the other side. Tell us what you can do, not
what your competitor couldn't do. I hold both sides to this standard. So
far, both are failing miserably.
As employers, let's see some college transcripts, and other vital
information.Slow down the rhetoric and give each candidate an
identical IQ, and high school standardized tests for us to examine, and
compare. Many employers use this method for their hiring process.
Let's compares apples to apples.
"Should the GOP remind us of all the negative things Hillary said about
Obama, like “Obama isn’t prepared or qualified to lead this
nation”? Hillary was right!"I don't know, you all do
it here daily, so why not. McCain did it. The darling former govoner of Alaska
did it. Perhaps you should consider it this way, imitation is the
ultimate form of flatrery. You should feel very flattered right now.Gurtaboy... already been done. Didn't work very well either. But sure,
go ahead. Heck, there was some great stuff in 2008 about Romney too. We could
just rerun those campaigns.
That'll work. I mean, EVERYBODY loves Newt!
The Romney campaign should already be working on an ad the compiles clips from
2008 of Hillary and Bill bashing Obama.
Should the GOP remind us of all the negative things Hillary said about Obama,
like “Obama isn’t prepared or qualified to lead this nation”?
Hillary was right!
